This subject draws on psychology and sociology to develop your practical human resource management (HRM) expertise by exploring the complexities of people, work and society. Designed for building careers as HRM professionals, you will develop policy and procedures that consider context, diversity and socially responsible management.

In examining the dynamic interplay between people and society, you will focus on the role of community and in particular, indigenous perspectives within both historical and contemporary work and employment analysis.
