The Social Web gives everyone a unique voice. Information from Facebook, Twitter and Google+ should allow to identify trends and relationships in society. Whilst this has interest on a personal level, the standout aspect lies in analysing such data for business; tracking the buzz around a new product, understanding the links between customers etc. You will learn about the Social Web data that is available, and blend of computational, mathematical and statistical concepts to allow extraction and analysis of such data.
